With a powerful roar from his mouth during his mighty flight, he caused the earth to tremble, the ocean waters to churn, and the sky to shake. The entire universe was thrown into commotion, and all three worlds trembled in fear. Even the gods, humans, and women were astonished to witness his immense power. He was dispatched to search for Rama, Lakshmana, and Janaki (Sita). He built the bridge (Setu) and then set Lanka ablaze.
