अच्युतं केशवं राम नारायणं कृष्ण दामोदरं वासुदेवं हरिम्। श्रीधरं माधवं गोपिकावल्लभं जानकीनायकं रामचन्द्रं भजे॥

अच्युतं केशवं सत्यभामाधवं माधवं श्रीधरं राधिकाराधितम्। इन्दिरामन्दिरं चेतसा सुन्दरं देवकी नन्दनं श्यामलं सुन्दरम्॥

गोविंद दामोदर माधवेति वक्तुं जनो नाह्यभूत् समर्थः। एकवारं तु यो भक्त्या जपेत् सर्वपापैर्विमुच्यते॥
Meaning & Translation
Verse 1
I worship Achyuta (the imperishable), Keshava (one with beautiful hair), Rama, Narayana, Krishna, Damodara (one with a rope around his belly), Vasudeva (son of Vasudeva), Hari (remover of sorrow), Sridhara (bearer of Lakshmi), Madhava (husband of Lakshmi), Gopikavallabha (beloved of Gopis), Janakinayaka (lord of Janaki), Ramachandra.
Verse 2
I worship Achyuta, Keshava, Satyabhamadhava (beloved of Satyabhama), Madhava, Sridhara, one worshipped by Radha, the abode of Indira (Lakshmi), beautiful in mind, the son of Devaki, dark-complexioned and beautiful.
Verse 3
Even if a person is not able to chant 'Govinda, Damodara, Madhava' (all names of Vishnu/Krishna) with full understanding, if one merely chants it even once with devotion, they are freed from all sins.
