ଯେଉଁ ଜନ କରେ ତୁମରି ଧ୍ୟାନ । ସିଦ୍ଧି ହୁଅଇ ସେହି ଜ୍ଞାନୀ ଜନ ॥

ତ୍ରିଭୁବନେ ଯା କୀର୍ତ୍ତି ବିଖ୍ୟାତ । ଦେବତା ନର ଯକ୍ଷ ଯେ ପୂଜିତ ॥

ପାର୍ବତୀ ସୁତ ଜନମ ଲକ୍ଷଣ । ମହେଶ୍ୱର ସୁତ ଭକ୍ତ ତାରଣ ॥

ବିନାୟକ ନାମେ ଭୟ ହରତା । ଶୁଣି ହୁଏ ଜଗତ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ॥

ଜଗତ ଜନନୀ ତୁମ୍ଭରି ମାତା । ପିତା ଶଙ୍କର ତିନି ଲୋକେ ଖ୍ୟାତ ॥

ମୂଷିକ ତୁମ୍ଭରି ଯାନ ଶୋଭନ । ସବୁ ଦେବତାଙ୍କର ପୂଜା ପାବନ ॥

ରୁଷି ମୁନି ସବୁ ପୂଜନ୍ତି ତୁମକୁ । ଯେ ଜନ ଧ୍ୟାଏ ସେହି ଲାଭ ପାଏ ॥

ତୁମରି କରୁଣା ଦୁଃଖ ହରତା । ସର୍ବ ପାପ ନାଶ କରୁଣା ବ୍ରତା ॥

ଯେଉଁ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ଧ୍ୟାଏ ତୁମକୁ । ସକଳ କଷ୍ଟ ଦୁଃଖ ମେଣ୍ଟାଏ ॥

ଧୂମ୍ରବର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଯୁତ ଗଜାନନ । ଶୂର୍ପକର୍ଣ୍ଣ ନିର୍ମଳ ବଦନ ॥

ଏକଦନ୍ତ ତୁମରି ଶୁଭ ନାମ । ଗଣାଧିପତି ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କାମ ॥
