O auspicious among all auspicious things, O Shivaa, who accomplishes all objectives, O refuge, O three-eyed Gauri, O Narayani, salutations to You.

I seek refuge in You, O Mahadurga, protect me from all dangers. O remover of all sins, O dispeller of all sorrows.

O Durga, when remembered, You remove the fear of all beings. When remembered by the healthy, You bestow supreme auspicious intellect. Who else but You, O remover of poverty, sorrow, and fear, whose mind is ever compassionate to do good to all?
